HUNTSVILLE, AL – Window World, America’s largest replacement window company, initiated a Corporately Sponsored Program, Window World Cares. Window World Cares has matched the already generous donation of $40,000 put together by Huntsville owners Michael & Melissa Edwards, and the rest of the Window World of Huntsville crew. Much of the total was personally donated by The Edwards, but the total also included donations from loyal Window World of Huntsville customers and employees.
In response to her generous donations, Melissa Edwards stated, “We have been very blessed, and we feel it is important to give back. Window World Cares will match donations, which is incredible. So, our $40,000 was able to become $80,000. How wonderful is that!!” The Edwards family also frequently gives to many other local area charities, including Choose Life, the Downtown Rescue Mission, the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children, and many local schools and non-profit organizations. When asked why she decided on the children’s hospital, Edwards explained, “If you have never been to St. Jude, you should go. It is a wonderful place full of hope!”
To date, the Window World Huntsville’s $40,000 donation match was the highest in Window World Cares History.
